Is Effy the most iconic skin character of all time?
We know. WE KNOW. Looking back, Effy was actually annoying AF and nowhere near as cool as we thought back when we were 14 and donned way too much black eyeshadow and wore all black to try and be like her. But she was undoubtedly the most iconic Skins character and deserves a place in the top three.
