What is meant by you are the universe?
You Are the Universe is a philosophical work which attempts to give answers to questions pertaining to the origin of the universe, time, space, matter and the origin and meaning of consciousness and the marrying of science and spirituality in daily lives. What is the universe made of?
Are we a part of the universe?
That is, we incorporate as part of us the objects in the universe. By identifying, we connect. We acknowledge shared natures we have with objects in the universe. That is, we are the objects in the universe.
What do we know about the universe?
When we flip a switch we see the light almost instantly. But sunlight is 8 minutes old, and light from galaxies can be millions or even billions of years old! Light that is 13.8 billion light years away (13.8 billion ly old) has reached Earth from every direction. Astronomers call this sphere the observable universe.
Does the universe have purpose?
The universe is simply the collection of galaxies, stars, planets, comets, meteorites, and other solar system detritus, plus whatever dark matter and dark energy turn out to be. The universe is governed by laws of nature that themselves have no purpose other than dictating what matter and energy do.
Where do we fit in the universe?
In the vast, expanding space known as the universe, humans reside on a small, rocky planet called Earth. Our planet is part of a discrete solar system in an arm of the spiral shaped Milky Way Galaxy. Our galaxy is only one of billions of other galaxies that exist within the universe.
What are humans made of?
Almost 99\% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Only about 0.85\% is composed of another five elements: potassium, sulfur, sodium, chlorine, and magnesium.
How long will universe last?
22 billion years in the future is the earliest possible end of the Universe in the Big Rip scenario, assuming a model of dark energy with w = −1.5. False vacuum decay may occur in 20 to 30 billion years if the Higgs field is metastable.
Does the universe care about me?
Yes, the universe does care about us. It cares about us so much that it has given every one of us a life force energy that enables us to communicate with everything around us. The universe itself does not have consciousness or feelings. It’s just the interconnectedness of all things in existence.
