What is it called when you get hungry fast?

Polyphagia, also known as hyperphagia, is the medical term for excessive or extreme hunger. It’s different than having an increased appetite after exercise or other physical activity.

It will fill your stomach, somewhat reducing your hunger. But in the end, if you are still hungry, that’s just your body telling you it needs nutrients, and energy. So eat!
