Zensar is a good company with multiple good projects and opportunities. For me, working at Zensar was an enriching experience in many ways. It had a warm and welcoming culture, the people were open to new ideas, and it’s actually a great place to learn.

Zensar sure does offer a better package than other service based companies but there is a high level of uncertainty here particularly with projects. I was recruited for a project in Cloud Domain and I was told that it will have Cloud, Big Data and IoT. Since I was already into Cloud and BigData I felt this was the right project for me.
Should I join Zensar or Wipro?
Better go for Wipro. There is no such growth of career in zensar as it is service provide company which will make you work on tools rather than technologies. After training they will push to testing or either in monitoring projects, you wont get opportunity to learn. You will get sick of bond and u crave for it to get complete.
What is the leave policy at Zensar?
As a Zensarian, I would like to highlight one thing before you consider joining Zensar. Zensar in 2017 had introduced its garden leave policy under which if Zensar cannot find a suitable project for you in 3 months, then after 3 months, you would be asked to go on an unpaid leave for 45 days.
