What is a pet profile?
The pet owner submits a pet application along with a final legal attestation to confirm validity. A Pet Profile is instantaneously generated and includes name, breed, weight, sex, age, pictures, vaccination information, micro-chip data, and behavioral information.
How do I change my microchip information?
You can update your contact details by contacting the pet microchip registry your pet is enrolled with. Visit the company’s website for information on updating your pet’s record online, or to get the telephone number to call.

What is pet paw score?
Your pet screening “paw score” will determine the amount of additional monthly Pet Rent which is paid per animal if application is accepted. This score is determined using a proprietary formula that takes into account things like animal age, weight, vaccination records, etc.
What should be included in a pet profile?
Create a pet profile: indicate your animal’s breed, sex, age and desex status. Include registration and microchip details. List your pet’s previous experience in rentals. Add any landlord references.
Can I change my dog’s microchip details online?
If your pet is already microchipped and registered on the Microchip Central database, you can update the details on your account. You can also make changes to your pet’s details such as changing the name, or updating your vets or insurance details.
Do microchips expire?
Since there’s no battery and no moving parts, there’s nothing to keep charged, wear out, or replace. The microchip will last your pet’s lifetime.
Why do I have to pay for HomeAgain?
Yes, owners of pets implanted with any brand of microchip can register their pets’ microchip ID with HomeAgain to become members and receive all the same benefits as HomeAgain members with HomeAgain microchips. They, too, will need to pay the annual membership fee to maintain their exclusive member benefits.
Is 24PetWatch free?
There is no fee to register a microchip that has no been previously registered, and registration includes a complimentary 24PetWatch Membership Plan for one year.
