Is it possible to get muscular from manual labor?

Some people are so genetically gifted they can get muscular from working construction or farming. Your muscles can’t really tell the difference from you lifting a piece of wood and you lifting a dumbbell. Manual labour and other daily activities are a kind of workout – albeit a very subpar kind.

Why can’t women get bulky without building muscle?

It’s just that without focusing on building muscle, a woman’s body will have a hard time getting bulky with just manual labor and it’s due to how much (or less) testosterone they produce. Disclaimer: I do not own the images. Pics were found just by combining words on Google Image Search.

If you hate the gym, but would love to have some cuts, I suggest you do volunteer work that involves lifting heavy stuff or climbing places every day.
