Is it necessary to have a spiritual Guru?

No. There is no requirement to have a guru, though most Hindu traditions hold that having a guru is immensely beneficial for one’s spiritual knowledge and advancement.

Can moksha reach without Diksha?

Diksha is not a pre-requisite to attain Moksha. Lord Mahavir established the four-fold Chaturvidh Sangh comprising of Sadhu, Sadhvi, Shravak and Shravika. He termed them all as Tirth. Tirth is the place from where one can attain Moksha.

What is the only way to reach moksha?

It is achieved by overcoming ignorance and desires. It is a paradox in the sense that overcoming desires also includes overcoming the desire for moksha itself. It can be achieved both in this life and after death.

Is it necessary to make Guru?

Not only your Guru will help you in the spiritual journey but will also guide you in your household life — he will give you intuition powers to decide what is good and what is bad for your life, he will give you powers to decide what path to take which will benefit your soul and he will guide you which path to avoid.

Thanks. very unlikely.. without a Guru you will keep going in circles with your own assumptions and concepts.. the ego by nature is tied to actions and experiences and will keep seeking enlightenment in the same manner..
