How well does Cyberpunk 2077 run on a GTX 1060?

How well does Cyberpunk 2077 run on a GTX 1060?

Some very new AAA games (Control, Red Dead Redemption 2, Cyberpunk 2077) will not run well with a GTX 1060 at high/very high/ultra graphics settings at 1080p or higher, but should still be able to run fine at lower resolutions or at low/medium graphics settings at 1080p.

How much FPS can a GTX 1060 6GB run?

Performance of the GTX 1060 6GB was excellent, matching or exceeding the RX 580. Even with the high quality preset you’ll be able to achieve 60 fps at 1080p, and then push well beyond that with the medium and low quality presets.

Does the amount of fans on a GPU matter?

Single fan cards are fine, they will just be louder and run hotter. If you have cool ambient temps it will be fine, if you are in a hotter climate (without AC) then I would consider getting one with a better cooler.

Is GTX 1060 6GB good for Cyberpunk?

You will not get the same performance from a mobile 1060 as you would from a desktop 1060. The game is not designed for (nowadays) low tier Graphics-cards (especially on mobile) and on top of that it is very poorly optimised, just like the witcher 3.

CAN 1060 6GB run Cyberpunk?

All in all, there’s not much to worry about with either GTX 1060 model so don’t worry about it. Evidently the 6GB GTX 1060 is actually the “recommended” spec for Cyberpunk 77. The 3GB version probably won’t fare as well, but at 1080p, you should still be able to manage nicely at medium detail settings.

Is 1 fan enough for gaming PC?

Having at least one intake and one exhaust fan should provide a substantial temperature decrease versus having no fans at all. Play around with the positioning of the fans, you might find that one fan up top and one in the rear consistently provides a few degrees lower temps than both of them in the rear.
