Does the past present and future exist simultaneously?

Unlike a “flowing river”, time does not behave as we perceive it. Past, present and future they exist simultaneously, but in different dimensions. But the past does not “disappear”, it simply exists in different parts of space-time.

Is the past present and future an illusion?

The future might already exist and those three ways we separate time — past, present, and future — are nothing more than an illusion created by our minds. This is the picture of the universe that emerged from Einstein’s theory of relativity. This is possible because of the relationship between space, time, and motion.

Is the future connected to the present?

The past, present and future are connected, and explained by the laws of Karma, which proposes that, one’s present life is affected by one’s past and as a corollary the future if influenced by the preset, human life.

How is past present and future one?

The “past” is just a slice of the universe at an earlier location while the “future” is at a later location. This is because your past is always simultaneously someone else’s future. So if you travel to the past, you’re just making that future the way it is.

How does special relativity change our view of space and time?

Special relativity changed the way we view space and time and showed us that time is relative to an observer. Formulate major changes in the understanding of time, space, mass, and energy that were introduced by the theory of Special Relativity

What is the relationship between space and time?

Before 1905, scientists considered space and time as completely independent objects. Time could not affect space and space could not affect time. After 1905, however, the Special Theory of Relativity destroyed this old, but intuitive, view.

What are the consequences of space-time mixing?

Specifically, Special Relativity showed us that space and time are not independent of one another but can be mixed into each other and therefore must be considered as the same object, which we shall denote as space-time. The consequences of space/time mixing are: and length contraction.

Which term accounts for the failure of absolute simultaneity?

The term that accounts for the failure of absolute simultaneity is the v x/c2 . The equation t’ = constant defines a “line of simultaneity” in the ( x’, t’ ) coordinate system for the second (moving) observer, just as the equation t = constant defines the “line of simultaneity” for the first (stationary) observer in the ( x, t) coordinate system.
