AT customers who stream HBO Max will now have it count against their data plans. The change comes after a federal court upheld California’s net neutrality law.

  5. If it’s your first time signing in, create your HBO Max profile. It may take up to a minute.
  6. Choose your watcher’s profile to start streaming.

How do I activate HBO Max on AT?

Set up HBO Max

  1. Go to your myAT account overview.
  2. Look for the Activate HBO Max tile.
  3. Choose Activate, if asked.
  4. Download HBO Max from your app store.
  5. Open HBO Max and select the person icon.
  6. Choose Sign in, then Sign in with a Provider.
  7. Select AT and enter your user ID and password to start streaming.

How do I get HBO Max on AT?

Download the HBO Max app, select AT as your provider, and sign in with your AT user ID and password….If you have AT INTERNET 1000:

  1. Sign in to myAT and go to your account overview.
  2. Look for the HBO Max card in the snapshot area and select Get started to activate your account.

Why can’t I watch HBO Max on cellular data?

By default, HBO Max has “Stream Over Wi-Fi Only” and “Download Over WiFi Only” enabled. All you need to do to unlock streaming and downloading over a cellular connection is disable these toggles. That’s it.
