Does Deku ever get mad at Bakugou?

No, he hasn’t got mad at Bakugo in the anime for now (I don’t follow manga for MHA). The reason being Midoriya looks up to Bakugo and respects him. Now yes Deku has yelled at Bakugou, but he’s never usually angry at him.
