To add to everything that’s already been said here: You can literally copy the entire DLC folder from the Steam version into the Epic version’s installation folder, and all of it will immediately be recognized, also completely DRM-free. I was just playing the Batgirl DLC in the Epic version, which isn’t available in the Epic version.
