Can Eren use the coordinate with historia?
No he can’t by himself. The full Coordinate powers can only be used through the real “Royal bloodline”, which was descended from King Fritz who locked them up in the walls in the first place.

That’s another simple reason, he didn’t truly know about the Founding titan so couldn’t transform into it. That’s because the powers only activate when Eren touches a TITAN with royal blood (insert scene of titan Dina).
What if Eren had the power to manipulate the Eldians?
If they did, Eren could have immediately had the power to manipulate the memories of all the Eldians people, including the enemy’s intelligent titans (i.e. War Hammer, Jaw, Cart, Armor). Eren could have immediately transferred the position of those intelligent titans to join Eren’s own side, right?

This is because eren can only activate his founding power when he touches a person in a titan form with royal blood. This is what the manga said. But what doesn’t make sense is that zeke was in human form when he touched eren’s head, which doesnt make sense at all.
