Sith can’t become a Force Ghost in the Jedi sense. The way Jedi becomes a Force Ghost is done by achieving a higher understanding and connection to the Light Side of the Force. Although Sith and other Dark Siders could embed their own life essence on an object or place and “survive death” that way.
