As T-dominants, ENTJs are generally more serious and focused than they are relaxed or receptive. Even on days when they have no external obligations, they are quick to get to work on something. Like other types with a dominant Judging function, ENTJs are not good at relaxing and doing nothing.

Can ENTJs be quiet?

Yes. Any type could be quiet or loud, but if an ENTJ knows specific people to be difficult to communicate with they might choose to just take a step back and observe instead of involving themselves likely to become what they see as pointless squabble.

ENTJs do become more apparent of their hurt feelings when someone has clearly betrayed them. A betrayal is something that ENTJs cannot tolerate, as they believe in being loyal to the ones close to them. They want to have people around them who are honest and who do not turn their backs on one another.
