ENFPs can certainly overthink things, since they have such vivid and active inner minds. ENFPs need to have time to process information in their own way, without feeling pressure from others. They do have a tendency to overthink things, but this is just how they operate and process information.

While they are good at coming up with solutions and can be excellent at grasping difficult concepts, they often struggle to find motivation. ENFPs procrastinate a lot of things until the very last minute, or even a few seconds after they should be finished.
