There are really no bad neighborhoods,but in term of town planning, the Ibara GRA, Oke-Ata , Sam Ewang, Olomore, Hilltop, Asero Housing Estates are the best neighborhoods as far as I know. Isale-Igbein, Ijaiye, in short, anywhere not a housing estate has poor town planning.
