This Blood Stone is the only stone found inside the Aegir’s Hall area where you first appear in Jotunheim. You can find it on the second floor of the large house where the World Quest Aegir’s Daughters start. Look for a ladder up to the second floor, where you’ll awaken anyway after starting the world event.
