When you visit Lublin be sure to try cebularz – a pastry with onion and poppy-seed. I grew up eating it often as a snack only to realize this is the food typical for the region only. And it’s so good – I’m telling you this as a person who is not a big fan of onion. You can get it in every bakery and it costs a few złotys only.
