Open the Reels maker. Record your visual content using all your newly acquired filter, music, or speed-manipulation skills and tap the arrow icon to proceed to the editing screen. Tap Done when you’re finished to return to the editing screen. Tap Share To when you’re ready to post.

Can you edit a video after posting it on Instagram?

Unfortunately, aside from the options we’ve mentioned above, Instagram does not allow you to make extreme edits to your videos after you’ve posted them. You will need to delete the video and re-upload it if you want to change any filters, stickers, etc.

How do I change reels after saving as draft?

Tap or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.

  1. Tap at the top or swipe right from anywhere in Feed.
  2. Scroll to Reels at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Tap in the bottom left and choose the draft of your video from your camera roll you want to edit.

Can you edit photos after posting on Instagram?

Unfortunately, you have one shot to add the right filter, crop or adjust your photo before it goes live. 😔 Instagram doesn’t currently support any features to edit your Instagram photos after you post. If you’ve messed up your favorite photo before sending it to your feed, your best bet is to delete and re-upload.

Can you change order of Instagram photos after posting?

Unfortunately Instagram doesn’t allow to rearrange photos that have already been posted. If they have been posted on Instagram, they are fixed. You cannot change the order of Instagram photos that are already published.

Can you add still photos to reels?

Go to the “Reels” tab and tap the camera icon at the top-right to create a new Reel. Swipe up on the screen or tap the “Gallery” icon at the bottom-left corner. Tap the drop-down menu at the top-left corner to add photos from a specific photo album. Tap the “Add” button to add the photo to your Reel.

Can you edit a draft reel?

Step 1: On your Instagram profile, tap the Reels icon above your feed. Step 2: Tap “Drafts.” Step 3: Tap the Reel you want to continue editing.

How do I edit a draft on Instagram?

Once you have saved a draft in Instagram, here are instructions on how to access them.

  1. Launch the Instagram app.
  2. Tap on the camera icon.
  3. Look for the drafts section.
  4. Select an item you want to edit. Instagram will load it.
  5. Make any edits to your saved draft and post it to Instagram.

Can you add pictures to Instagram after posting?

Unfortunately, you can’t add more photos to an Instagram post that has already been created and posted. Your only option is to delete the original post and create a new one with the additional photos.

Can you change the order of photos on Instagram after posting?

No, you can’t. Unfortunately Instagram doesn’t allow to rearrange photos that have already been posted. After posting on Instagram, you can only change the caption, location and hashtags and it is not possible to change the order of posts or edit the photos.
