Can Eren use his coordinate power to control other Titan shifters?
Eren has the Coordinate ability, which allows him to control Titans. It is possible for a Titan to regain their mind and human form, as evidenced by Ymir regaining human form after 60 years.
Can a titan shifter have 2 powers?

He killed and ate the last queen. The royal family passes their abilities in Titan form by consuming another Titan, thus gaining that Titan’s gift. In consuming his father, Eren took the abilities Grisha had gained from eating the queen, thus becoming the Founding Titan, able to control all Titans with his scream.
Why can Eren have multiple Titans?
Eren has three titan powers because he his dad already had the attack titan then stole the founding from the reiss family. So Eren inherited those two titans. Also he ate the war hammer titan in like season 4 so that makes three titans.

In one episode where Eren accidentally touched Dina Fritz (which is a royal blood) his coordinate ability awakens and he unconciously ordered the ‘mindless’ titans to eat Dina (Smiling titan). Eren needs a direct contact with a royal blood to activate this ability of the founding titan.
