Buses are not maintained well. Seats are not comfortable though while designing this aspects could have been attended. Last but not the least, there is very poor relationship between the staff of Government and public. Very abusive language between them is not uncommon if there is any dispute.

Bus stops are not located near you. One has to walk longer to catch bus, to change bus and after you reach your stop till your destination. Busses doesn’t have proper schedule and you’ll have to wait for long hours sometimes.

People are supposed to allow them those seats but in actual people don’t allow those seats until they demand for it and have a fight to exercise their rights.
