Even though many scientists and studies have argued over the loss of nutrients in pasteurized and homogenised milk, tetra-packs are the safest option for us. This is because the milk is treated in a sterile condition and there are no preservatives added to it.

Why was tetra pack puffed?

Puffed pack means there is a gas inside the packet and this gas is produced due to fermentation caused by a microbe. Presence of microbe makes the drink unhealthy and bad that is why it is written on the pack ” If the pack is puffed don’t buy it”.

Why we should not buy puffed tetra pack?

As we know, When microorganisms spoil the food stuff, gas is released. Hence, if the packet is puffed, it is clearly understood that the juice in it is spoiled by the microorganism and could be harmful to us if we consume it. Therefore, it is printed on tetra pack of juices “IF THE PACKET IS PUFFED DO NOT BUY”.
