Can Kakashi still use Chidori without Sharingan?

No, you don’t need a sharingan to perform chidori. The Chidori is a high concentration of lightning chakra around the user’s hand. The Chidori was created by Kakashi Hatake after he failed to apply his lightning- nature to the Rasengan.
