Can a final year students appear for UPSC?
UPSC allows final year students (degree) to sit for UPSC Civil Services Exam if they meet the age requirements (ie. candidate must have at least 21 years of age on 1st August of that given year when the exam is held).

Can I do master degree after completing Diploma in 12th?
Diploma is equal to 10+2 i.e., 12th. You will get 1year deduction from diploma after 12th. But Diploma is not consider as degree so you can’t do master degree. Better you join for Engineering or else join Bachelor degree.
