Will I be able to carry Mixer and Iron box back to India in checked in baggage and will the customs duties be charged on it? Yes you can but do not pack them in their original packing. You must tell that you have been using it and its old. Better if you could keep the bills of purchase.

Can you bring an iron on a cruise ship?
A folding travel steam Iron to be exact. Irons are not allowed on some cruise ships as they become a fire hazard. They confiscated my iron. They returned it on the last day as I was departing the ship. It was a great trip if not for the wrinkled clothes.
