Since the only new hires are for entry level roles I do not see this culture shifting. The company is also focusing on the in person experience so while the rest of the country adapts to some amount of remote work, work at Epic also means live in the suburbs of Madison which might not be for everyone.

Epic is a fan of “take on as much as you can chew”. A lot of people at their first jobs like to make a good impression by doing a lot of work.
