I have worked in Tech Mahindra around 3.5 years and started as a fresher.The first thing you have to consider is there is a 2 years bond you have to sign while joining the company.For the first 6 months you are in probation period and you will be paid around 80\% of your CTC.

Tech M is a horrible company. I’ve worked here for over a year. No 401k match, poor culture on the ground. Their image states they have good work life balance but they hire management that wants you to do everything at all costs to make the customer happy, it doesn’t matter how it impacts you personally.
