Why Allah and Yahweh are different?

What is the difference between Yahweh and God?
Yahweh is the one true God of Judaism. Jesus, Yahweh and the Holy Spirit are three persons making up the Godhood (altogether called the trinity) in Christianity. Allah is the God of Islam, and is supposed to be the same God of the biblical old testament.
