Most of the candidates, who are called up for the SSB interview, are sent back to home on the very first day and only a few candidates are recommended after the SSB interview. The rate of selection in SSB interview is nearly 6-10\% of the appeared candidates.

Screening. Officer Intelligence Rating or OIR is a test of intelligence of a candidate. This test comprises of two test booklets, each booklet has around 40 (sometimes 50) questions for which you will be given 17 Minutes time (will increase for 50 questions). You must try to solve all questions in the given time.

Which SSB is easy NDA or TES?

TES entry is far easier than the NDA entry. For the selection in NDA you will need to clear Written Exam, SSB Interview and Medical exam, etc while in the TES Entry, if you have scored more than 70\% marks in the 12th Board and get shortlisted for the SSB Interview.
