Well he’s weaker because he lost power of hope, not all of it, but MOST of it, and power of hope was what gave him lots of restiance to hax. But his physical capabilities have improved, devs have confirmed that Kratos during the entire game was holding back and could knock out Baldur for weeks if he wanted too.
