In short, this knowledge is advantageous to me on the grounds that it has virtually shaped my thinking of making money. Not only does it simplify my life and keep my life stress-free but also gives me many opportunities to climb up the ladder.

A valuable life lesson you can learn from work is that those who always strive to learn more and continue to progress through times of stagnation are those who succeed. You should always be learning and bettering yourself as a person. Just because you’ve succeeded doesn’t mean you should stop trying to improve as a person and an employee.

One of the most important concepts I have learned is that there are different types of assessments, it is not all one size fits all that the end goal dictates the best type to use. From an employee side I never really thought about why HR did focus groups or sent out surveys.
