Parties: Parties are an integral part of life at ISB. Their significance increases in term 8 with most students having their “party mode” ON. From quad-parties to SV parties to birthday parties to placement parties, there is a party every other day during term 8.

How many students are in ISB?

The flagship PGP admits around 900 students a year. ISB has two campuses, a 260-acre site in the south of the Subcontinent at Hyderabad and a 70-acre one in the north in Mohali. Many students live on campus, a practice that the school encourages for the purposes of building team spirit.

How was ISB formed?

The Indian School of Business (ISB) was started in 1996 by a group of businessmen and academics. Gupta recruited U.S. business leaders while Kumar recruited Indian leaders for its executive board. Formal partnerships were established with international business schools Wharton and Kellogg.
