How do I join a K-pop dance group?
- to start you have 2 options:
- 1st: there’s a Kpop dance crew in your area.
- If it’s the case, try to Dm them to let them know that you would like to be a part of see if they hold audition soon.
- 2nd: there’s no Kpop dance crew in your area or you don’t wanna join one.
- in this case, you can try to create one.
Does JYP like when trainees perform JYP songs?
1.JYP is stated several times he doesn’t like hearing Trainees performing JYP songs. So don’t (for any other company either) 2. If you are Korean and live in Korea give your introduction in Korean and sing your song in English, this shows you are bilingual.
What is JYP’s opinion on rapping?
In NIZI project he pointed our how incredible it was that a trainee rapped in English. JYP also said in NIZI how he appreciates it when a song sounds like you are talking. This means the song you pick has to fit your voice and shouldn’t be to low or high pitched. It means you have to be comfortable with the pitch, pace and flow.
What should I put in my singing/rapping audition?
Audio: This is where you should put in your singing/rapping audition. If you are auditioning solely as a vocalist or rapper, you aren’t required to submit a dance video. Video: This is where you can submit your dance audition.
How many songs should I prepare for my online audition?
For your online audition, prepare just 1 song. Make it last only 1 to maybe (AT MOST) 1 minute and 30 seconds. Staff sees a lot of long videos and might get bored if they have to watch for too long. First impressions matter!!! Now for what song, I would recommend either an English or Korean song.
