To be eligible for the ITIL Master certification, candidates must:

  1. Have earned previous ITIL certificates.
  2. Have worked in ITSM with experience in leadership, managerial, or higher management.
  3. Ensure extensive practical hands-on experience with ITIL.
  4. Demonstrate active involvement in implementation of the practices.

For the ITIL Foundation certification exam only (V3 or V4), you’ll pay US$363, and for the v3 Practitioner or v4 Managing Professional, the ITIL exam fee is US$477.
