Open your eye as wide as you can and use your clean hands to scoop water into your eye. Again, make sure your contact lens is out of the way, as water on your lenses is bad for them and can cause some health risks as well. Wait it out. Blink a lot and don’t rub too hard, but give your eye some time to settle.

To improve the comfort and wettability of your lenses a few drops of fresh multipurpose solution may be applied to both surfaces of the lens prior to applying onto eye. Discard all used, remaining multipurpose solution from the lens case.

How long can I leave my contacts in hydrogen peroxide?

Leave contacts in the solution for at least 6 hours to allow the neutralizing process to finish. Never rinse your contact lenses with hydrogen peroxide solutions or put these solutions in your eyes.
