How do INTJs use their NI?

The INTJs Ni (introverted intuition) is what helps them to process information subconsciously, and so it constantly working behind the scenes. This Ni takes in all of this information and is always sifting and working through it, without the INTJ having to consciously go through these steps themselves.

How does se manifest in INTJ?

Because of the above reasons, Se shows up as an insecurity relating to the material world. You may notice an INTJ having performance anxiety, failing to have good motor skills, or being overwhelmed in high stimuli environments.

How can an Infj develop se?

The INFJ would probably need to be around sensory noise and stimulation to develop their inferior Extraverted sensing. It is uncomfortable process to endure, but it is worth the time and the energy.

For an INTJ, there are four cognitive functions, including introverted intuition, extraverted thinking, introverted feeling, and extraverted sensing. INTJs are fascinated by patterns, and their introverted intuition gives them the ability to explore possibilities and connections that many other people can’t see.

The INTJ becomes hyper focused on their introverted function, and this can cause them to behave much differently than usual. When the INTJ is utilizing their Se in this way, they can become much more reckless. They start to seek out things which satisfy them in the moment, rather than looking towards the future.

The INTJs inferior function is their extraverted sensing (Se), which focuses on the outside world and their physical presence. Extraverted sensing is very in tune with their physical bodies, as well as living in the present moment.

Assuming an environment is supportive to their development, most INTJs would have developed Extraverted Thinking and Introverted Intuition by the time they’re above 20 years or so. Their areas of improvement will most likely come from the underdeveloped sides of Extraverted Sensing and Introverted Thinking.
