What did Moses do when he got to Midian?

One day, after Moses had reached adulthood, he killed an Egyptian who was beating a Hebrew. Moses, in order to escape the Pharaoh’s death penalty, fled to Midian (a desert country south of Judah), where he married Zipporah.

How did Moses get to the land of Midian?

Moses grew up in the Egyptian court, went out to view his Israelite brethren and say an Egyptian striking one of them. Moses killed the Egyptian and then fled to Midian (Exodus 2: 11-15). The Land of Midian is presumed to have been just east of the Red Sea.
